Edulife IT Institute is established with the vision of developing career skills through freelancing courses aiming of 100% user satisfaction. However, in case there is a problem or you are unhappy with the course you can request refund to our support team or you can directly ask for Refund from your course dashboard. After getting the refund request, our support team will review and inform you of the approval status within 72 hours of your refund request. If you approve your request, you will be refunded within 30 days of your purchase.

If you have viewed/completed/downloaded any lesson before requesting the refund.

If you apply for Refund after 12 hours of course purchase.

If you request a refund for multiple courses within a short period of time.

If you purchase the course from a third party.
